“Weaving Sky Stories, is an installation that reflects on our shared responsibilities to Country, community, and environment - it urges us all to take a moment, to tread carefully, to listen deeply, and to move through Country with care”.

Weaving Sky Stories

Weaving Sky Stories is a mixed-media installation that reflects on the sky as a place of story, navigation and cultural knowledge. Through weaving, painting and sculpture, the project considers the enduring relationships between sky, land and water, and the responsibility to carry stories and care for Country for future generations.
